If you are running your supply from the oil pressure switch, it is already filtered through the oil filter.

Not saying running one wouldn't help anything, but it may not be necessary.

I think BW recommends a - 3 feed no restrictor. I'll have to try and find where I read that.

run -4 feed with the inline filter and proper restrictor for a journal bearing turbo and you'll be set fo life !!!

i just sold my FP HTA86. I jumped ship to a new GEN2 precision. i feel so f@#king dirty and disgusted with myself. i don't even want to look in the mirror anymore. ugh

next time i see illestrolla he's probably gonna lay into me about it Lol
He probably will hahaha. You can see below that Borg recommends an open -3 feed for high pressure and high revving applications. It is on full-races site and I am trying to find a quote directly from Borg.

My bullseye said -4 with restrictor so I assumed they were the same thing

Some of them are coming with a restrictor built into the center section now

Yea that was for precision. Guess who bought all new AN fittings and braided -4 hose for coolant/oil and all the flanges and the restrictor ?
And then buys an air cooled turbo with a built in restrictor that uses -3 feed ??
