Problem solved...
I disconnected the stock comptech bypass valve ran it to atmosphere and ran the front valve cover hose back to pre boost....Im a happy camper...

my spring fell out under full boost ...bdl would not replace it..they said it was installed wrong......so i lost out on $400

Well back again. The TB that i though was not sticking anymore is.
fantastic I looked at the tb again and noticed that the cable wheel doesn't line up with the throtle cable....the pulley goes straight (parallel with the intake) and the cable angles out which is fine on the stock TB because there is a taper to the guide that the cable sits in. on the BDL there is no taper....

I have had the BDL in my hands out of the engine it seems fine. I put the stock TB back on..no problems no sticking at 2-3k rpm...I put the BDL back on and it sticks.....

its great for driving down the freeway..auto cruise control..

once again any thoughts or ideas would be great....
