Default Block Build(SLOWBUILD)+some

I Finally got motivated to pull the car down today. Started at 2pm and finished at about 1030. It wouldn't have been that long but the damn clutch slave cylinder gave me some problems with separating the tranny from the block.
I guess i should be thanking some of my friends for the motivation bacause all i ever hear from them is why did you sell your K20 crx, it would smoke the S2000 anyday. I got tired of hearing the bullshit so I'm about to sink a load of money into yet another honda. Hopefully this time the rear wheel drive might help with the traction issues better than the crx. Also the slicks should be easier to conceal in the wells of the S2000 instead of bulging out the front fenders of the crx.
Like the title says this is going to be slow build so hopefully you guys can give some advice and input on certain parts of the build. Any input is welcome. Once figure out the setup that i'll be going with i'll post if up but for now all that is still in the air. I do know that i will be going with the IP allen built f20 with the stock bore and stock with 9:1 pistons. For the kit it will most likely be AFI twinscroll but not sure about what turbo yet. I see full blown is selling the whole fuel setup so i might go that route with ID2000's. My biggest concern right now is the tranny and diff. We'll see what comes out by the time i need the rear

Threw the idea around about painting the S2000 that color but it'll be a while before the car gets painted. gotta love black but damn it shows everything

I dont know much about the Crower rods but have heard bad things about Crower stuff in general. I do know that the IP rods have been tested by IP and are very strong. They are pushing well over 900 whp on their S with these rods.

this is what I see from inlines site, i'm just trying to do it right the first time around. I dont want to start a build and have to change it up midway from learning that parts i bought at first were junk

I was there this week for the first time and was super impressed at the fabrication and knowledge they have.

I'm not too far from inline so it saves on shipping the block when i can just drive there. I'm still checking around but inlinepro is at the top of my list for now.

If you look into the Inline Pro stroker kits, they come with their IP rods, CP pistons, and a billet crank.

Just a thought.

pretty sure the stroker kits are high compression though and not designed for boost. i could be wrong though.

no need for an aftermarket crank. if you want to stroke it, just use an OEM f22 crank.

i don't have any input on the rods, sorry.
