Sorry, no pics possible and not sure what factory tolerances are myself so just going by what I've been told from shop.
Supposedly the head may have been lifting a bit in the middle of the block is where is showing wear. HG didn't blow but not sure if HG showed any bowing/wear. Supposedly the head was not warped.

i would deck it not what you want to hear but thems the brakes i believe you were lifting the head and with only 4 bolts around each cylinder it happens good luck on the build man could have saved it with studs. to bad you cant lap the block without pulling the motor but that's to shade tree for the power level

Deck it, L19 studs, new oem headgasket and go have fun.

Well believe it or not.....I changed my mind earlier in the week and decided to do just that....going to build bottom up a bit too while it's out since it's not much more, WTF it's only $.
