S2000junky You can get it through summit but It's ground shipping only. I read somewhere that you can buy raw meth but it was only in certain cities if you were local to them. My buddy said he knew some people running full meth and turning the boost up. I'm not ture sure about this route but what are your iat's with a 80/20 mix?
I dont know what my IAT is exactly. Its my daily driver car, rarely sees track so it hasn’t been a big concern of mine to monitor this other then the touch of my hand. I can safely say the temps are still significantly cooler then with nothing. The meth still cools the charge without water, just not as much. Being SC at just 9/10 psi, pushing the heat envelop hasn’t been an issue to be concerned about, focusing on a safe afr for me has been however.

I will say that my car feels more powerful with less water, I am at a fixed timing though, so my tuning ability is limited, It does limit the variables however so I can see how the different water/meth ratios respond to the car. Being that the PEAK comes out of the bottle at 30/70 ratio, I guess the boost juice would be better, I wouldn’t have to spike it as much. PEAK is only $2gal though so I have to do some math to figure out what’s most cost effective

E85 maybe if you can find it, but race fuel is not cost effective long term for daily driving when there is a cheaper method that provides other added benifits over both of these.
We can use E85 in our s2k's? Or does it have to be tuned to accept that fuel.? My s2k is turbo'd and will be running 15 psi. That couldn't be safe could it?

You need to be tuned for it, E85 gets used at a much higher rate, and your mileage goes down, the fuel supply requirements go up compared to gasoline. Depending on what hp level you are aiming for will dictate if you need fuel component upgrades. You will need bigger injectors to hit the same hp level as with gasoline given all else the same, and in turn your fuel pump would need to be upgraded to supply the injectors. The benefit is you get a high octane fuel which you can run more boost and make more power assuming you upgrade your fuel system. The draw backs seem to be expensive, fuel isn’t available everywhere and the same power can be accomplished with a water/meth injection kit without all the draw backs.

Yep, and being a Centrifugal owner, at 350whp with an f22 we are only seeing aprox 230trq and that’s near redline instead of like 3k rpm lol so its pretty different. At least I don’t have to devote my life to living under the hood of my car though, there are some benefits to a centrifugal

When I see a roots on our car making 450+ whp i'll take another look at one

With as often as you post about tweaking this or that, checking your IAT/EGT all the time etc I figured you had a sleeping bag in your car
