boost creep

i retapped the boost source nipple in the pipe coming right out of the turbo and the vacuum line is like only one foot long now. still no change. i put a vacuum source to each side to check for vacuum leaks.
the top which is supposed to be vented- actually opened the wastegate when the vacuum was above the spring level.
the bottom side which should see the boost level held no vacuum im assuming because it should see boost, idk

im officially a dumbass, there were two holes on the bottom of the WG and i didnt see the second which needed to be plugged, im now boosting a whopping 3psi and creeping to 5 max, lol =) now to switch the spring back out for the 8psi spring and crack it!
