I used to have Blitz SBC ID3 boost controller in my turbo IS300. Straight and simple to use. No need to buy another boost gauge if you are going with Blitz SBC ID3 I'm going to get the same unit on my S2K once I drop turbo kit in it.

Yes 1Bar is a large unit. That's why they invented the decimal point. Most Bar gauges have a reading of two decimal places.
It all comes back to the units you are used to. If you assume everything is psi then a psi gauge is what you want. But the modern world works in Bar. And meters and centimeters.

As Aus stated, boost x 100,000Pa or 100kPa is the same as bar. One bar should double your output. What ever you get you will get used to it quickly.
