Am I right to think that at full boost this gauge would point to about 9 o'clock?
lol, yep right around 9 o'clock. Not much needle movement at all But I ordered the damn thing and it never even dawned on me that it didn't read vacuum until I was ready to put it in the car... at the time I would rather not drive around without a boost gauge, so in the car it went... anyhow the new gauge is going in this weekend. The new one should be pointing somewhere around 1:30. I'll take some pics of the new one installed sat or sun and post them here.

Maybe I can offload this one on somebody with a turbo diesel truck. I know they run a crapload of boost lol.

Is there a low boost gauge available? One that peaks at 10-15psi?

The Defi HUD has three modes:
Gasoline Turbo -760mmHg to 1.6kg/cm2
Diesel Turbo 0 to 1.6kg/cm2
Gasoline -760 to 0mmHg

But none of them are perfect for our application. The -760mmHg is good for vacuum but 1.6kg/cm2 is over 22psi.

The lowest peak that I have seen from them is 20psi. Seems most of their boost/vacuum gauges go to 30psi.

Here is a pic of the one going in my car this weekend (bad pic btw, it actually looks just like the one I posted earlier... something about the one in this pic just doesn't look right):

And just for fun, since we're talking gauges (I have no idea where I got the pic, I think it came from the SVT forums):

Let us see some pics. I think the AEM is too deep to fit in the radio door though. Anyone know??
I'll get some pictures up this weekend.
