Joey what plugs/model number are you running ?
NGK R5672A. Heat range 9, also known as NGK7405
I love them. Available at Autozone, pepboys etc......If you are tuned on heat range 8 plugs, I would run those. the number for those plugs are 7173How do these compare to the Denso IK24?

Same plug, different heat range
. I never used the Denso but have had great success with the above mentioned plugs. Even when INJECTING straight water and 26psi, OEM Coilpacks BAS and Q16
I am going to try the NGK 5238 copper non resistor heat range 9 plugs. It's either going to work or its not. I almost feel like something else is the issue because even with the BAS cranked to 17 volts, it's still blowing spark.
FYI. Tried copper non resistor plugs and was not able to data log consistently. The interference from the plug causes the ecu to abort data logging during WOT pulls. Not sure how it would interfere with ECU's fueling and timing. Didn't want to find out the hard way.

Correct. Fuel injection and non resistor plugs are a bad mix.

What are the miles on the car? Engine has ~12k miles
Are the coil towers dry or is there oil on the coils? Yes they are dry
What boost level does it run clean at VS break up? Runs clean until it hit 26-27 psi then starts break up at peak tq and a couple more times after
You've measured Voltage at the coil? Yes. 13.8-17.5 volts from 0-50 on the BAS knob
The ground on the back of the head is tight? Yes
What is your timing value that it breaks up? In KPro- Peak tq (6400-6700) is 8.5 deg, and 11 deg from 7200 to redline 8700k.
What fuel? E85, always fresh and tested. AF in boost is between 11.3-11.5
What is the plug gap? .019, new NGK BKR8EIX iridiums
You're checking it with a feeler gauge or one of those stupid discs? Using a feeler gauge yes
What are you using for coil dwell settings? Untuch from Kpro settings.
Have you tried different coils? Yes I tried my ap1 and old rsx coils
What ECM and how clean is your map signal? Map signal is clean and everything checks out good.
Thanks for take the time to ask these question.

Add timing. It's likely you don't have enough lead in it for the fuel/boost. Most cars I've done on that fuel/boost live just fine with 14 peak tq and 19 at redline. Now.... I'm not saying stuff 5 degrees in it all at once. I'm suggesting you may not have enough timing for it to run clean. For arguments sake, what timing is in it where it does run clean?
Thanks
