Default Breaking my NEW engine in on E85?

I am finally finished fully building my F20C and am going to be running it on E85. Should I do the first start up and break in on E85 or 91? Any pros or cons either way?

Doesn't matter either way as long as your tune is correct and you aren't washing the cylinder walls in fuel.
