I haven't attempted to take that bolt out in the 2 years I've had my S/C in, so can't really say what would happen if I tried.

Did you do the installation? Did you apply anti-seize or locktite to the threads?

You mean the bolt that holds idler pulley?

I broke mine too, I posted a thread about this.

I have replaced with stronger bolt because it seems like Vortech supplied bolt can NOT hold stress much longer.

i had it professionally installed. i will replace the bolt w/ a stronger blot.

sideways i know you had your SC for a while, have you had engine problems due

to the SC or misfiring in the cylinders(i have blown 2 NGK iridium plugs in last 6

months)? i just blew my motor on stock boost(scored my 3rd cylinder and chiped

my head).
