You rewire it.

I've got id2000's, walbro 460, and the tuner decided to stop at 544/422 on a mustang dyno. Stage 5 comp clutch holding me back :/ lol. Stock 2.2 rebuilt oem parts, and added arp headstuds since I would've had to buy new headbolts.. I'm at 200 miles at 3 bars left, and stop for gas. lol

Hahaha you can beat your Sti friends with 300 hp and laugh at them as their motors are blowing apart everywhere

But If e-85 is going to be less stress and less heat created I wouldn't be opposed to switching to it down the road? Or if I'm going to do it should I just go all out at once?

I'm in the same boat bro! The car club I'm in are mainly evos/subarus, supra, GTR, and a turbo NSX. Majority are turbo cars. Non of them make over 500whp other than the GTR and maybe couple evos. Most cars are mainly mid 300Whp or less. I'm gathering turbo parts also and thinking of going e-85!

I have the exact same problem the car scene out here is majority of Subaru's, EVO's, and SRT-4 Neons, GTI's, Cobalt's etc. But the all have 1 thing in common... forced induction. I've seen 5 s2000's this year, unfortunately there not much of a practical car out here, but that's good to hear I was thinking id have to go a lot higher than 300hp to run with them.I'm piecing together a turbo kit and considering E-85 as well, have you decided what kind of setup your going to go with uLmighity? unfortunately I blew the majority of my budget on the turbo and mani so this boost controllers and fuel pump would be hard to make happen but the sound of E-85 still really intrigues me. I just want to keep my car safe and reliable. The weather out here is completely unpredictable and I read E-85 has trouble starting in the cold? Would I be completely retarded to use E-85 and not be running insane amounts of hp on it? someone mentioned its not necessary under 600, but does it really hurt if I'm running 400 on it cause I'm assuming like most people I'm never going to be satisfied with the numbers I have and I'm always going to want more, and already being on E-85 would allow for an easy bump up in boost and timing for more hp?

@skeero and Indi00(sorry I have no clue how to use this website)
But both of recommend the same type of injector "Id's" but both vary in size? It seems Skeero is using a bigger injector making less power? is there something Im missing? should I be getting 2000's opposed to 1300's on E-85?

The 2000s will be crappy on a 93/e85 tune. The 1300s will probably be a better choice and I'm sure you can make them work if your power goals are only around 500hp. I don't think you really need 2000s until 600+ hp. I don't know what the duty cycle is like on an S2000 for the various power levels . I'm only around 70% wot in my evo at about 500hp

The e85 isn't really that big of a problem in colder weather but you have to adjust your tune for it. Your tuner will probably have maps that work though so it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Otherwise it's mostly trial and error

The bigger problem with aem that I've had is cranking because of the EMS, combined with e85 and a mini battery

I was driving mine up until about 40degrees but they had switched the e85 at the pumps down to e70

I only have an e85 tune. There are 5 stations within about 30 minutes for me so it's not too bad. It makes it a little harder for road trips but I have an e85 app that tells you where stations are by gps.

If you don't put a drain in your tank, if you have an aftermarket FPR you can unhook it from your rail and power the pump only thru aem and drain it that way. When the pump sounds like it's dying you cut the power, wait 30 seconds and then try again. If it's still making noise it is probably mostly drained and you're ready for some corn

How's the EFR 7163 compare to the 7670?

What's the power capibilities of each on e85?

Ya I have a ramhorn from trackforge who I bought from a friend that made 475whp with it. Honestly, I love the front facing turbo so I'm going for either fullrace or PFAB t4 twinscroll manifold with a bws360, IDs 1000 or higher for e85 and I'll be tuned on flashpro. Goal is to be 500-600whp+. I may get 3mm head gasket also. I was at a local cars and coffee meet and a buddy who owns a supra 400whp was talking shit about n/a honda (me) for fun so hopefully once I get my shit I'll take him on plus the C&C organizes a 1/2 mile roll race and he likes to run there lol

is there a fix to this cranking problem because ever since I ran the AEM EMS it'll take me 30-45 seconds of cranking before it'll finally start? And in cold days it's even worse...
