a few quick comments:

-the EFR7670 absolutely rocks, a properly setup S2000 with this turbo will obliterate your friend's STI's and SRT4's, and most evo's (better hope the STI's and Evo's dont have an EFR!)

-you're wise to spend the $$ on a quality manifold / turbo. Since the wg, bov and BCSV are unnecessary to purchase, there are savings over traditional kits. you can custom make everything else as needed. (although our efr charge piping kit is a pretty good deal - it saves a ton of time)

-make sure you have about 6mm of preload on the WG actuator during install and you will get approx 10psi base boost. You can up it from there depending on the fuel used/tune.

-i definitely encourage you to tune for both E85 and 93 octane. Here in AZ we have horrible quality 91 octane (garbage!!). this fuel is so horrendous i can not express on a forum... my EFR8374 Evo makes 700hp on E85, but cant make more than 440whp on 91 octane. E85 does require a decent size injector and the ID1300 is a great choice

-heat wrap/protect everything, writeup is here: http://www.full-race.com/articles/s2...t-install.html

-keep the setup simple! no need to rethink things, just a headgasket/studs and a quality turbokit with good install and tune (and good fuel) will give you a lot of fun, for a long long time

edit: since youre piecing the kit together you may need our offset WG bracket (for compact fitments, to clear the crossmember) if you dont already have one you will need it. check the install guide to see if you have one or not

Thank you that link is extremely beneficial! I needed something like that! Do i still need that bov thats on the cold side of the charge pipe? Also I'm trying to figure out everything else I need, there seems to be a ton of small things I missed is there kits that have fittings and lines for setting up the oil and all that stuff? Sorry that's just the only aspect I don't fully understand about setting up the turbo.

-you only need to use the BOV on the efr turbo. I suggest to remove any other bov's (even though some people run duals, it does nothing and makes things harder to troubleshoot)
-for all the small things like fittings, hoses, orings, etc - its worthwhile for you to purchase the "EFR Kit box" from Full-Race. with that in hand, you can follow the install guide to get everything plumbed
