Default Calling all AEM serial gauge owners!

Okay so I have the aem serial gauge, its still under warranty and im about to send it in for repair but I want to check with you guys that have the gauge to make sure its not a common problem...

So as im sure you guys know the gauge dims automatically in response to lighting changes. This is done through the sensor in the lower center of the gauge. For some reason my gauge dims perfectly with all displays EXCEPT The auto dim does not work with H20, IA7, and 021? I tried reloading the base calibration as suggested by one an AEM tech but this did not fix the problem.

Can someone please run out to their car quickly during the day and check that the dim feature works properly while displaying H20, IA7, and 021 by covering the sensor with their finger to mimic night time.

It would be greatly appreciated and would save me a months down time without the gauge sending it to AEM

This is the same sort of dumb problem mine is doing, there is no enable or disable feature for dimming it just doesnt work properly while displaying some gauges. I have the AEM wideband O2 sensor right above my serial and it dims perfectly. Can anyone else confirm if their gauge dims properly either?

mine dims normal, it's annoying that it's not user adjustable. I have one newer one and one older one and they dim a little differently, gay.
