ok....is no one reading the thread or what?!? ZEX DIRECT PORT SETUP comes with everything I need to run a 200 shot including aka the pills you change for more fuel and no2...fuel is supplied by the zex kit...I have a walbro 250lph pump that should be more than sufficient...I am going to use a Aem Ems even for the 100 shot I will NOT run any kind of shot on my car without it ...everything clear now?
But what about the EMS, are you going to run the EMS?
wire nitrous up to aem ems, use nitrous timing map to pull some timing, and tune nitrous fuel map to add more fuel that way, not spraying fuel into the runner like a direct port does.
if your gonna go big, might as well go all out. i persoanlly wouldnt want to spray 200hp worth of fuel thru the intake runners when the injectors are already there ready to do it for you
The AEM can do everything you want including ramping. Talk with your tuner.
Running an AEM EMS and going with a dry shot thus adding the fuel with the injectors would allow more tuning control.
The big benefit with adding a wet system over the EMS and dry system is when you run a separate fuel system including tank with higher octane fuel. This is a very sweet bonus.
The use of a thicker head gasket will decrease performance. The thicker head gasket will not increase safety or longevity.
What are your thoughts on Propane assist for the S2000?
no dry shot I want a wet direct port setup...the goal again is 400whp if I get that with a 175 shot then I'm stopping there...I'd like to run a separate tank with e85 in it ( its rare in my area ) the closest station is 32 miles away or I'd run it all the time.
Propane is helpful for getting an additional run out of a bottle. It pushes the N2O from the top of the tank and keeps it near the pickup. The propane and nitrous oxide have very little mixing.
It's basically used on very large applications like tractor pulls or 500+ inch Vipers.
Not applicable to our use probably but still it is interesting. The lengths racers will go to. Why not just run two bottles.
