can't get a break with my MAP
So I went back to the tuner today, I new one, Batleground here in Atlanta. My old tuner had the injectors set at 730 but are actually 650's and had the additional injection map settings reading off of the stock map sensor and not the greddy pressure sensor the new tuner had to pretty much convert all of it over and start a new set. The only good things from this tune is that he got rid of my misfire at 3500rpms and richened my tune up a little as I was a little worried it was to lean.
Now to the new issues. Partial throttle to flooring it SUCKS. I can be at 4000 rpms and nail it and it just bogs and studders and spits until the boost starts to pick up and then after about 3 seconds and 1000-1500 rpms it will catch and go.
I don't understand it. I know it obviously needs some more tuning but am just considering waiting and getting the AEM and going back then. It would be cheaper in the long run. 140 bucks an hour for a tune thats no better then the one I had before kinda sucks. At least I know its not to lean, it may just be overly rich.
I am considering buying an air/fuel gauge and a fuel pressure sensor and just street tune it myself. I go add and take a way fuel blah blah but.... Ahh I don't know. Just wanted to post another stupid issue in this quest of having a fast s2k.
I did pick up about 18whp on my low boost setting. 10psi is now 318 vs. 300 before.
We didn't have enough time to tune the hi boost so now I'm stuck.
Thanks for reading.

Emanage is a great tool, but are your tuners proficient with it? If not, they're just making you spend more money than you need...probably smarter to use a unit that they have more knowledge and experience with.
