I will be installing a CC Twin Disc shortly. As such, I'll be eliminating the stock slave cylinder (will be running a hydraulic bearing). To the people currently running this setup, did you reuse the rubber boot? If not, are you concerned about rocks/etc entering the bell housing? TIA

i left the cover on my car. its not a big deal either way.

 

Mines off as well.

Daily driven. I will probably trim up the boot and put it back on, but it's nothing Im rushing to do.



The way the lines came out of mine wasn't boot friendly.
