Wow man, I'm sorry to see you're having another issue. I'm hoping KW may have an answer for you and that they get you the parts that you need ASAP. Good luck!

Hoses are good .. They are definatly trying ! Waiting on an answer .. Looked into renting something exotic to take to the track and they said they don't allow that and have gps in the car and will know if i go .. So that option is out the door .. Praying for my parts !

The oil to me looked like it blew out the bottom of the can .. Just imagine if that did happen .. That's where I found the oil .. All over subframe under the can and engine oil filter .. The rubber hoses near the tct were covered as well as the the bottom Corner of the block dripping down to where the oil drain bolt is .. Taking it to bill will do no good it's mostly cleaned up and I took the can off to inspect the can .. But if there is oil in those spots doesn't it make sense that it came out of the can?
That sounds like it has to be coming from the bottom, or one of the other hoses in that area then. If it spewed out the cap, it would undoubtedly be on the top & sides of the reservoir, and probably of the engine/hood/bay as well.

I would look real closely for a cut in one of the hoses, a loose banjo bolt, missing crush washer on a banjo bolt, or spring clip that's out of place. Those seem the most likely culprits to me.

Did you or anyone else do any work to the car lately - oil filter change, perhaps? Just trying to think of how the system, which worked fine for a while, would suddenly have an issue like this.

I never touch the Kraft werks system ... Except installing the New blower last time ...no oil on tubes I will check more close for cuts but I looked very well .. Do you really think that it would blow out the tight banjos? There might have been oil over the can it was definitely down the side cause I wiped it off to see if that was leaking from the bottom .. And there was a little splash on my hood even a little splash on the plastic shroud under windshield .. I'm thinking of it did come out the top most of it sprayed down like if you open a bottle of hot soda but not all the way ..

Since the fan blows on the bottom of the can, it will blow some of the oil back onto the bottom of the hood and the shroud.

Check the two crush washers on the lower banjo bolt to make sure they are both in good shape. There should be one between the fitting and the head of the bolt, and another between the fitting and the bottom of the can.

Is the bottom of the can cracked where the banjo bolt threads in?

I know a guy who rented a Dodge something (not exotic) from a rental car company to participate in an autocross school. He told the company what he was going to do with it and paid for extra insurance. They told him if something happened to just bring the key back. He wasn't particularly fast, but he had a good time and took the car back in the same condition he rented it (minus some tire wear).

Ok .. Kraftwerks is sending me a new blower .. Oil .. Oil filter .. Belt and resivoir ... And they are sending it before I send my parts to them to help me get to the track this weekend ... I only had to pay the difference in overnight shipping ..

I definatly appreciate the customer service and the willingness to help me .. Thanks to Scott and everyone over there at kraftwerks ..

As for the cause ? I won't know till rotrex inspects the blower and the reservoir .. I am planning on running an additional oil cooler this time around if time provides .. And defiantly heat wrapping the canister .. Poconos should be less stress on the blower cause it's a shorter twistier course .. Pray for me !

Well that seems pretty respectable! Hopefully that's all the trouble you'll see. Good luck on the track!

That's great news! +1 For Great Customer Service from what I am seeing right now. Hope it solves your problems and they inspect the parts you send to see what went wrong.
