Ok, who the F*** would ever just try and go from a 1st gear roll run without even brake spooling the turbo? Thats just stupid and you cant compare the SC to a Turbo unless you do this.

Second, the meatier the HP curve the faster the car will be every time. Reason being is that every time you shift gears, you are still at a good part of the power curve and wont fall into lower power and have to build back up. For instance, if you are making 550 whp by 5500 rpm and your peak whp is 600 at 9000 rpm, every time you shift at 9000 rpm, you will still be in the at least 550 whp range. Now, with a SC having a peak of 600 whp, every time you shift gears, you will be falling down to about 400 whp and you have to build it back up to get the power back.

Meaty power with a well suited turbo to spool quick over linear power of big turbo's and SC's all day long.

Win what? What is a screwdriver? It all depends on the race. It seems that a 1/4 miles time might be quicker as my 60ft would be better, although Scotts turbo setup obviously has me on the highway
Win anything.

acceleration, top end whatever......................

Turbo just goes from point A to point B faster(pending they both have same HP)..................and with better sound

Come up to Jersey and I will run ya for Pinks . From a stop, from a roll, from 120MPH, I am pretty sure the Turbo would win

You guys crack me up.

The key is that both are fast and both have strength's and weaknesses sure there both could have done this different or that but at the end of the day they are both fun as hell to drive.
