ahhhh quick arguing sc's vs turbo's ...this is a great race right here either way you look at it...the turbo clearly and as we all know has the advantage on the highway...from a stop and shown in the vid the sc has the advantage...they are both very fast cars!

Yeah I am sure over all the turbo is faster over all but at the same time I would take the sc setup waay before I would take the turbo. Reliability and almost as fast is pretty sweet!

My turbo spools very quickly, and with KPro boost by gear, there is no wheel spin. Just hit the gas and hang on...

Its nice to see a realistic comparison of the two for a change instead of 550whp turbo s2ks versus 350whp sc s2ks . Nice . How are those quality 3mm headgaskets ???

Cool vid!

I'd love to have another 40+ or to so to put me at 350+ with my SOS setup; couldn't imagine another 180+!

Thanks for sharing

I love seeing the arguments on here on the turbo/sc debate. I had a sc vw jetta vr6 I used as a daily for 3 years no problems. When I bought the S, I told myself I was going to try a turbo setup. But after all the research I did and reading up on too many posts on here, I chose to go sc again. Is it the only way? NO. Its what I wanted and I decided to go a little bigger than the typical 350whp S2000 just to see what it could do.

I love driving Scotts car. Its a great setup, very clean, and runs as close to a stock tune as you can get. If I had two S2000s Id have a turbo on the other one. Although, Id build my car the same way it is now if I had to do it over again.

On that note, just take in what a 500whp car turbo vs. sc can be. Like Scott said, both cars are fun as hell to drive.

Nice vid guys. From what I'm reading I'm guessing the TC car wasn't brake boosting, were you WOT shifting at all? Almost makes me want to consider the SOS kit again.
