under 4k is very hard Vortech has risen the price of their products this year.
Best 4,56:1 with 4,77:1 you will not reach 130

If you stay under 130, you should be fine w/ the 4.77. Your gas mileage will suffer and your shift speeds will lower. You'll get there quicker though. (I also find it a little irritating for freeway driving... the higher RPMs)
You can't get a new Vortech kit for under 4k, but you can find a good used one for less. The GB above looks like a pretty good deal.
