S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Any ideas on a good Comps or Drag Radials?
That is exactly what I would like to know. I want to keep my car as clean and oem necessary. And, back in my Miata, days. We learned quick like that wider tires never really improved the car overall at stock power levels. (Most of the time, the improvements were cosmetic, and disimprovements were things like bump steer, heavier unsprung weight, incorrect offsets, the whole deal)

So what size tire do I need to run at 14 psi? Can I competition/street grade tire, such as the Toyo RA1, sufficient for 340+ horsepower in a 235-245 16 inch tire providing that will fit on AP1 rear tires? If I have too, I will upgrade to AP2 2004-2005 wheels. Which allow wider rubber, but at a thinner sidewall...
Stock size AP2 wheels & decent summer tires (245/40/17) are more than enough for a ~400whp supercharged S2K... its not thaaaat powerful. This is for the street of course, on the track Im no expert.
what about 500-550whp SC'ed

Should I get the 70mm HFC or the standard size?

Last question, is it possible to adjust the fuel regulator, I got a wideband coming so if its too rich (10.5-1) then I can lean it out to 11.5)
Unless you plan on upgrading the catback to a 70mm, you want to stick with the stock 60mm cat/TP for best performance. You want to keep the same diameter through the exhaust, the 60mm oem collector off the header to a 70mm cat and back to the oem 60mm catback is not a good strategy, will create added turbulence, not flow.

Yes the regulator is adjustable via the threaded post on top. screw down to increase fuel pressure/enrich afr, back out to lean afr. Unless you have a vafc, you will notice the the fuel curve under vtec will be richer then you would like in order to keep the afrs above vtec safe. Just the way it is. The $250 for a used vafc2 with pnp harness is well worth the ability to lower vtec and lean out your afr pre vtec, it gives you the ability to shape your entire fuel curve if you want, since it cant add fuel, you want to increase fuel pressure via the fpr to give yourself the ability to remove where you want with the vafc, sounds a little convoluted, but it actually works very well, and you cant beet the usability of street tuning with a vafc. I've been relying on one for years. Just don't expect it to deliver more then expected and it wont disappoint. It has a very specific purpose for your set up.

With a SC set up at 500whp or less, drag radials are not needed and compromise the handing of the car, not worth it if you want to still have a s2000 that can push it in the twisties. A 255 extreme summer compound tire such as the Starspecs, Kuhmo XS, RS3's, Re011 etc deliver good traction for a 400whp set up. Above this I would consider an R comp. Toyo RA1 is a highly regarded choice among many in the S2k club. At 375whp I could break loose my 295 Kuhmo XS in first gear on most surfaces. Exteme summer comps still like to be warmed up but not as temperamental Shall I say as the R comps, don't cycle out either. So Extreme summers really are the best tire choice for the street if you can get away with one.

Hmm, so your running 11 psi and you still have maxed out your oem injectors? I didn't think the s2000 was capable of running higher than 6 psi with a FPR. Or is it entirely the result of the Meth injection?

Okay I see the Apexi is a fuel and vtech controller, I bet it lengthens the pulse width modulation...

You cannot increase the pulse width modulation with the vafc, only trim fuel. I use it to cut fuel under vtec and lower vtec to where I want, I use some fuel trim between 5-6k rpm depending on the weather temp/driving conditions, otherwise I just let the meth take over to redline. I am running 13psi with strait up fuel pressure enrichment and the direct port water/meth, to supply the other 20% or so fuel I need. Yes generally 6-8psi is it for the base system without meth injection.
