I was hoping I could just get a dual pass and be able to run on Sebring will my full-race ram horn manifold. I'm in Florida heat never had any problems overheating with street driving, but that's not saying much the constant high rpm is going to make some heat. I thought the ram horm would do well on a road course but I guess not, I may just get a dual pass, vented good, and see what happens. Can you convert the dual pass to a v-mount? Or is a custom core your best bet?

Custom core is 6our best bet for that. Most of the stuff you will find will be half size though.

I want to do a full size dual pass.
I'm thinking a oil cooler with a fan on a switch possibly.

Ron Davis dual pass radiator with a medium duty spal fan has worked flawless for me. During the summer months it gets up to temp and never moves. I have issues getting it to temp in cool weather

When I was looking for a dual pass radiator, Ron Davis quotes around 600 for a s2000 fit dual pass.

I track my car, I have a built engine and run 26psi boost on a gt3076hta turbo. I run a 25row oil cooler and a dual pass rad. Water stays around 88c on track without the need for fans turning on. Oil gets to about 100-110 but have now got a oil temp switch in the oil line that I have wired to run a van attached to the oil cooler, I'm happy as long as oil doesn't get over 115-120c. I have literally spent a fortune to get the cooling system right.

Vmount setups seem stupid....the one thing you don't want is air exiting from under the car as it causes lift and a vmount forces it out underneath.

I run a vented bonnet too. I have a build thread on the UK forum so you will see the work I have put in to it.

I also run a full undertray so air can't escape from underneath and the order of radiators is as follows:

Fmic
25 row oil cooler and the other side of bonnet catch is a 7 row fuel cooler
Dual pass rad

I could still have the ac rad in but I fitted the fan to the oil cooler so needed the depth so ac was deleted.

Now we are talking. Thanks for the info. Lol I run 26 psi on my other car. That's nuts on the track.

Also I will be getting my rad core from C&R racing. BaZurk got his half size for about 125$. Not sure about fmic core yet. Not sure if tredstone is up to the task. Probably Garrett or vibrant
