Default CT Aftercooler hot

I open the fluid resivor and it doesnt seem as though the water is moving but I can hear the pump working when the ignition is on, any other things I can do to make this thing cool off alittle more? Is it even working?

mines not hot at all, just luke warm to the touch even after driving like a demon.. are your hoses kinked? are they hooked up correctly? it's just like your garden hose.. you can turn it on and have lots of pressure but if its kinked nothings gonna flow.

Ill go double check all the hoses that are in plain view for a kink, when its flowing properly, can you tell when removing the resivor screw and looking at the fluid inside?

Yes, when you have the plugged removed and the ignition on you can see and hear the water/coolant mix swirling in the aftercooler.

Mines doing the same thiung right now. I chalked it up to the recent cold blast around me. Its only been in the teens. I actually had a little puddle under my car when I first noticed it, but the cooler still has fluid in it and it hasnt leaked anymore. Like yours, my pump is going, but no movement.

Make sure the hoses are ok by pulling the bumper. If the fenderliner hole isn't in the right spot it will kink right up. I'm in the palmetto area if you need some help.

Awesome, Im gonna go with the Spearco frontmount anyways, so then I can get a more clear look at the hoses and alittle more cooling capacity.
