Default CT S/Cer more Boost?

I have an 05 with a CT S/Cer and am wanting more power. The thing is that I still need to still be able to pass emissions. My goal would be to make about 350hp to the rear wheels. Is there an option that keeps the factory ecu, but also allows for me to run a smaller pulley? If so, what all would I need (pulley, injectors, ect...)? The more specific the better, thank you for your help.

If you have the stock ECU and you need to pass emmisions, there is no way to run a smaller pulley or make more power.

Depends on what state he is in. In TX as long as you dont have any ODBII codes present you will pass as they dont use a sniffer or do much for visual. I run KPro and pass emissions np.

There is 3 options, to get around and pass emissions.

1) find an Emanage Ultimate tuner. This is a piggyback that has been around for over 10 years. It retains the factory ECU and has full stand alone parameters for tuning. This is the least expensive option. $400-450 for a used unit with pnp harness can usually be found in our classifieds or Ebay.

2) Kpro. This is a retrofitted Honda ecu out of a RSX which is a common unit to tune with. Its expensive in comparison. The unit cost north of $1700 and another $300-$400 in necessary senor instillation to make it all work. This unit is a full programmable stand alone with retains the OBD2 function for emissions testing. Plan on about $3k for everything plus the tune.

3) get any full Ems you want ie; Aem, Haltec etc and when time to take emissions swap the stock injectors and ecu back in and remove blower belt so the stock ecu doesn't see boost and drive the car to take emissions. Then swap back in the injectors and ecu and belt when done. 45min worth of work. Slightly annoying but totally doable.
