Is the drop in filter from CT the same one that we use with the SC?

No, the "drop in" for the OEM airbox is much longer than the one for the supercharger airbox. That one is a much stubbier one.
They don't seem to list the one for the supercharger or for their CAI. I guess they don't figure anyone will ever need a replacement for a re-useable filter. Is yours broken? You could always phone them and ask for one specifically.

 

No, mine's not broken, I just always like to have a back up 'just in case.'

 

I see. Yes, you can get a replacement. My friend Avi, in Mill Valley, Ca, picked one up from the Comptech factory. Call them and order it by phone. Explain what you've got and they'll tell you the price, etc.
