I own a Comptech Cold air intake and I am about due to clean my filter and i was wondering if anyone knows if there is another type of filter such as a K&N non-foam type filter that is easier and cheaper to clean available that will fit right in place of the foam filter. Ive always been told that a foam filter has poor air flowing and filter qualitys? And ive heard you can clean the foam filter only once and the kit is about 40 bucks? thanks all

 

You can get a filter from AFE, I ordered one using the dimensions based on the foam one.

The Foam filters flow great and can be re-used over and over, but they don't filter out as much.

Do a search for Comptech and AFE.
