Arrow CTSC & AEM on lower Octane Fuel

Mase tuned my CTSC & AEM set up for me last year. I love it!
Only issue is it was tuned on 98 RON (EU octane rating) which limits me to certain fuels and only a few areas of Europe.
I love a blast round remote areas and fancy doing Ireland, North Scotland and Italy.
So Mase is back on a coupe of weeks.
I'm considering getting him to map it on a lower (and more readily availabe) 95 RON fuel.
I know I'll lose some power but what other issues am I going to have?
Will it push temperatures up?
Cause knock?
Any comments, ideas or experiance appreciated!

As long as you get it tuned for the desired octane rating, you shouldnt run into any big issues. Most likely lower numbers...but thats all.

^^ Yup, just get it tuned for a lower rating octane level. You should be fine.

it's been said already but tuned on the lower octane and you'll be fine, worst case you'll just be down a couple of HP.

just remember that in your travels if you can only find lower octane fuel than what you're tuned on you can still use it you just can't go into full boost. so don't let yourself get stranded on gas just because of what you were tuned on, just don't go into full boost on the lower octane fuel. but getting retuned on the fuel you're going to run all the time is the best plan.

That's why I going down from 98 to 95 RON.
All of the more remote areas of Europe (whole countries in many cases! ) don't sell the 98 which I'm currently tuned on.
I do an annual road trip of 3500 miles in a week around Europe but I am cunrretly limited to where I can go
Twice I have run it on 95 without boost, but why have a boosted S that you cannot use for many hundred of miles
So the plan is to retune on the lower octane 95 which is available anywhere, that way I can boost anywhere in Europe!
