Thanks guys!

I bought all the tubing from McMaster-Carr. I've got about $250 in materials and flanges so far.

Got a little farther yesterday, almost finished up welding up the two center runners until the threads in my torch head galled up and stripped out. Got to get a tap monday

Bolted to a 5/8" piece of aluminum for a heat sink...

Every once in a while I get a good one

Inlinepro 600hp i/c courtesy of my friend Carey (bosstedh22a). Yes I know it's upside down, fits higher that way and I'm not going to notch the frame rails for it!

forgot about this thread, going to catch it up...

Well got the final runner done today, glad to finally be finished with the mani for the most part. I went ahead and welded the inside of the runners at the head flange. Still have to weld the turbo flange but that's no biggie. Going to start on a downpipe tomorrow then finalize the wastegate placement after the I get my new battery.

Oil filter clearance. Going to make a heat shield for it...

On to the downpipe challenge...

Well... here's the ugly downpipe in all it's glory! It's made out of a mild steel U bend I had laying around. I figure I'm just going to do the exhaust in mild since the price of stainless U's are through the roof.

Framerail clearance...

Hard to tell but there is a slight gap between the DP and mani here...

Made a bracket for the fuse box's new position and a battery tray for my new battery tonight...

New vs. the stock "small" battery

Ain't it cute?!?

Still gotta clean it up a little...

I just hope this lil thing'll work

Well, figured out a place to put the wastegate and I'm pretty pleased with how it fit. Still have plenty of frame and battery clearance just have to re-route the brake line away from the extra heat. There's going to be alot of heat wrapping/taping/sheilding going on eventually. It's pretty tricky getting the mani on now, gotta twist it, flip it, and all sorts of stuff to get it in there. Then you gotta rock the motor a little bit to get it over the studs

-6 bungs welded on for turbo water feed and bosses for the oil filter shield welded on the cooler

all together

gate dump, going to be routed back into the dp

Going to get the head flange resurfaced this week since there was a little bit of warping. Hoping to fire it up sometime late next week...

Got the diff done and halfway installed today with the custom differential caps from my brother. Set the pinion up a little tighter than stock and the backlash on the tightest side of the oem tolerance, .002. Hope she holds up...

My diff with another one awaiting the same treatment
