Well I whipped up a quick, safe tune earlier today and drove the car around for a while tonight. Car is a blast to drive, all you hear is the GT30 out of the exhaust lol.

But I've got good news and bad news...

Good news; Tires won't hold a second gear roll

Bad news; Clutch won't hold a fourth gear pull
Yea I have mine from DP straight single pipe out the back and its crazy loud together when the dump tube opens Im planning to put 2 straight thru muffler on it tho cos I aint as hardcore as you are Its funny like u said as I can hear the turbo spoolin out the tailpipe

Well I buttoned up the battery tray/box/heat shield tonight. I think I'm going to eventually redo the "hold down" strap because it's not as sturdy as I want it to be with just the one side holding it down.

Fuse box heat shield bolted on. Bolts were shortened of course

Fuse box shield placement

AC lines wrapped

Also built an air filter pipe and got it bolted on. Started out with some Spectre bends from Jegs that are meant to be used to build a cold air intake with about 50 couplers. I was a bit leary on buying this "Autozone special" brand but they are very nice pieces. Alot thicker than a U bend would be so it made welding pretty nice. This is the first time that I've welded aluminum and was actually happy with the way it came out haha!

45 degree, 22 degree and 6" straight. Didn't end up using the straight.

They even came in a cute little bag

Looking forward to a 3 day weekend to fine tune this sucker!

Worked on the tune some tonight until my clutch got warm and decided it didn't want to make pulls anymore

I'm still working on this lean spot at 5k...

which I am guessing is where peak tq is. Vtec is hitting at 4500. If you look at the fuel map you will see I am adding quite a bit of fuel there and still not massaging it out...

a little better visual...

Of course that's shown in pulse width though so it looks a little more exaggerated compared to duty cycle.

Also note in the first pic I'm only seeing 8.5psi at the marker and gradually working up to around 9.5. I have a 10psi spring and my gate "signal" is right after the coupler on the compressor housing. I'm going to pressure test the piping once I get a tester built. I'm thinking the BOV might be leaking a little.

Anyways, that's what I've been up to. Now it's time to shop for a clutch/flywheel combo...
