i got it from Honda Tuning and by all means im not trying to copy, but more of a guide.
my main goal is a boosted F22 for daily driving but i want to be able to still rip up the tracks on the time attack.

I am by no means an expert, but I'm sure most are gonna say skip the 3mm headgasket (stay OEM and uncracked motor if possible)

Im SC'd but I believe quite a few of the turbo guys have their turbo oil return tapped just above the oil-pan rather than on it to prevent oil back-up.

It could be daily driven, but with anything that has been modified expect to have some down time. There will be some sort of issue at some point.

if you want to be able to "rip up the tracks on the time attack", you are going to need an upgraded differential and tranny at some point

you won't need the manual boost controller or the 3mm headgasket

those are stock heat range spark plugs, so you won't want those

do a search for "blown 3mm headgasket" and count how many threads you see

To prevent issues, get a solid tuner who knows the limits of the motor and the fuel used

I have a turbo and my experience has been in these areas.

1) Tuning, I has AEM and went to Hondadata, this was better for me a as daily driver.
2) Cooling, I made several changes and it did not get fixed until I had a vented hood.
3) Exhaust manifold, I cracked several and currently have one with a lifetime guarantee.
4) Clutch, tried several and currently with a 6 puck Clutchmasters.

Good luck!
