S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Do I need High grade bolts?

I would have a new one made. Screw working with this, even it if was counter-sunk. The freaking weld is right next to the hole!

Yea, to even have a shot, you'd need to mill out circular cutout around each hole...

just use some button heads and do a little grindong on the vband clamp where those 6 bolts sit.

I can't find another flange for this, but I think I may just get the vband cut off and get the downpope welded straight to the 6 bolt flange and have no vband attached to it.

you could fo that, just make sure dp does'nt bend much where bolts need to go in... last down pipe i had on my gsr setup turned hard 90deg angle at flange was almost impossible get 2 of 4 bolts in,,,,

Its going to be straight. I emailed it to juice to let me know what to do since he is making my downpipe.

Im just going to get a new flange or cut this one off and make the pipe straight off of it....FML.
