Does a Comptech SC KIt feel fast?

Here are some pics of the one I am looking to be buying.

The rubbing on the intake tube, he said does not go through. If it does in the future. How hard is it to find a replacement one?

Yeah I know that, but I have spoken with him for a while about it and I had him take a photo next to the kit with his drivers license. So I got all that info too. I mean it could be a fake but unlikely. I also have his phone number and all. He has not refunded one guy yet due to a whole bunch of problem. Looks bad I know, but seems like he is legit from everything I have checked.

Spoke with him again and he will take $100 off the price to not include the fuel pump, so I can just buy a brand new one with that money.

I had the same rubbing mark, I put a piece of adhesive backed rubber on it and that solved the problem.

Ok cool. Thanks. Man I hope all works out with this kit. Would prefer to not get scammed lol. Would be horrible. But if all goes well, talk about an exciting project to do over a weekend hopefully. Can't wait for some boost.

Good luck, not saying he is bad, it just is so many parts typically things get forgotten.

I just bought a kid was promised everything was missing.

Brackets for timing controller (no huge deal, took me an hour or so to build them)
1 bracket for cooler (again no biggie)
Missing BSP / NPT adapter to feed oil to supercharger -- found them locally put on order $20
Missing air breather for air pump (found locally for $3 woot!)
missing VTEC solenoid gasket ($7 from dealer)

I think that is all I was missing, not a huge deal but I had to source the parts -- this was probably much better than what people get with most used kits though.

EDIT: wow that kit is simple compared to the vortech kit I got!

looks easy to install to me, but I'm sure there will be more to it than it looks like.
