S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Does a Comptech SC KIt feel fast?

Does the bracket look like an updated one? I have read on here that there were older brackets that were worse for one reason or another. I dont know if this is true and if it is what reason they are considered to be worse. Any way does this look like an updated bracket? Does anything look off or wrong with it?

Oh and one more question. Can you still use a vafc and harness even if I have a sc installed? To just lean some things out a bit to get a little more power and or maybe lower vtec slightly? Or would I need to use emanage or aem ems or something?

You can still use it but chances are you'll be richening things up, not leaning them out. There have been a good amount of engine failures due to SCs running lean with just the ESM / black box. Always get your A/Fs checked!

Oh ok. Would have thought they would be made to run rich from th factory. Interesting. So is it dangerous to run them untuned with a test pipe and exhaust?
Is it fine to lower vtec with a sc? Or does that mess other things up?

many people have run the comptech kit out the box on stock boost.... However, its always good to get ur afrs checked just to make sure everything is ok. If you go higher boost you should tune it. So id recommend the emanage ult and tune. But depends on the tuners you have available

If you are EVER going to use Billman for anything, let the clutch be it. It is a very sensitive install in an s2000, and when done right, it's great. Done wrong, buzz everywhere.

As a moderator, I strongly advise you NOT buy ANYTHING from anyone on s2ki that had their selling rights revoked. We don't revoke them for no reason.

The guy is 29 days old (forum) which means no one will vouch for him. The kit is dirty, and the fact that he let the tube get rubbed off like that means it was sloppily installed. Again, there is no cheap way out. One way or another, you are going to spend that 5 grand, and that's the truth.

. Gonna have to get the clutch NO matter what with ANY FI set-up. Money is a huge factor in FI, Don't skip steps or your EFFED.

Its dangerous to run any kind of FI without checking your A/F. There are a lot of people running what you mentioned untuned and unchecked but do you want to gamble a 5,000 dollar engine (because it has failed before due to lean A/F)? I know I wouldn't

You can change whatever you like with a VAFC but do it on a dyno where you know its actually gaining horsepower; don't just guess it.
