S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Does a Comptech SC KIt feel fast?

So what's so wrong with Comptech? People are now recommending ebay turbo kits over comptech bolt on sc kits?
No, I am recommending ebay turbos over THAT comptech kit.

Yeah I'm with everyone else, that dude looks sketchy and say all the parts are there its fine BUT what if there's a problem with the actual Paxton? Rebuilding one or replacing one is damn pricey, plus I personally would prefer an AC setup for the added security of the cooler charge. Patience pays off in the end, the longer it takes to get the kit the more money you have for some extras just in case.

Yeah I think I am actually going to go with some 4.77 gears for sale on here. Getting a little more nervous thinking about this. I already have a vafc. So gears and a nice tune should be fun. And low end power will be fun!! Maybe get vtec slightly down.

Good call given the situation!

You might want to consider 4.56 if you are planning on FI somewhere down the line. If not, then the 4.77s are fine.

Yeah I think i will go with the 4.77's and if I decide to go FI down the road, I will swap them out for stock. Plan to get an Elise next, so since FI costs so much, would probably just go to that. For now gears and a tune should be pretty fun I think.
Does leaning the car out when tuning change the exhaust note at all? Could it get rid of any raspiness? With the test pipe in the car has a nasty rasp spot down around 3k rpm's. Sounds like crap. It is super raspy in vtec, but sounds so wild that I kinda like it. Extremely loud though. I put the cat back in cause I couldn't take that nasty, civic like low down fart can rasp.
If not, unfortunately I think I will have to keep the cat in, even for tuning.
By the way, I have a Spugen dual oval exhaust.

The guy wants $1300 shipped for the 4.77 cryo treaded gears with about 5k miles on them with speed calibrator. How does that sound? He initially said $1200 shipped which I agreed to but he said shipping was more and now wants $1300 shipped. What do you think? Worth it still? I can sell my stock diff. But a new one from hardtopguy goes for $900 after you get your core back and that is brand new.

well he just agreed to $1250. Not a bad deal right? They are from hardtopguy. Brand new gear oil in there, speedo calibrator and only 5k. and the gears are cryo treated.
