Does a Comptech SC KIt feel fast?

Unless you are talking about the Kraftwerks kit. It is linear because of the drive system being able to basically a turbo that is matched to the S2K properly.
This is the High boost dyno plotted vs. Boost (green line)

I think it is what makes it better than other kits out on the market as well as being able to just use the stock computer reflashed and bigger injectors and off you go.
If you have a 2005 or older S2K the kit for those will be released in the near future per Kraftwerks, *I know this is a bit of a shameless plug but it does show that there is a linear kit out on the market which is why I posted it*

you'll love the gears.i was hitting the rev limit for the first 2 days.
Damn, 4.77's just fell through as he said it would be too hard to ship it. So looking for gears or SC or turbo again. Pm'd some guy on here that was listing a custom turbo kit for like $1700 shipped. Comes with Greddy emu with harness and everything needed. Hopefully that is available still and in nice condition. Might be interested in that.
Just when I thought I had made up my mind, things got changed. Oh well.

Just another suggestion. It seems like you are trying to find good bang for your buck or whatever.
I still think that if you want any kind of decent gains over stock or to "feel it" like you say then you should do it right. Maybe save up and get a greddy turbo kit like mine or the KW SC kit.
Stay away from used custom turbo kits i'd say if you want to save money.
Just my .02
goodluck!

Think I might just got with the gears installed from hardtopguy. ONly $900 bucks after getting my core charge back. But I do have to ship mine to them which I would think would be fairly expensive.
Anyone in the NY area ship one to hardtopguy? If so how much was it? Does anyone know how they ship the new one to you? I would assume you can ship the old one back in the same container.
OK well ordered the 4.77 gears from hardtopguy this evening with the speedo calibrator. Can't wait to install them. Hope no bolts break while doing the swap. Anything good to replace normally that goes when doing the swap?
4.77's plus vafc tune should make it pretty fun(not that it's not already though)

I have a Vortech kit in my car running AEM EMS w/ 600+ injectors, also running a 3.6 pulley it really make a big different if you upgrade that pulley for more boost. Definitely recommend pulley up grade with my set up I dyno it 2 weeks ago and it was making a little more than 400 HP with 259 ft lb I tracked it with my 4.00 pulley and I was running 13.28 but i'll post my dyno graph tonight hopefully.
