That looks about right to me, I don't see anything about a 3mm HG and labor so you must not be getting this done. Why not do this now?

Thats why the post is here. sound like a high price? I don't know this is my first s2k and have not worked on it so I dont know what is involved.

you have me at a disadvantage, I don't know what a 3mm HG is that you are reffering too. This is going to be a daily driver......I think it just hit me, " 3mm head gasket" if so, never came up in the conversation. I was told this setup is reliably running the streets right now.

I would personally use GM Synchromesh FM rather than the Honda MTF stuff. Other than that looks pretty good to me.
