PSI for PSI, i think the full-race manifold out peforms any manifold out there, im not just saying that because i have it either.
That price seems about right for what you want. I looked at the individual parts and most of them were priced roughly the same as they are online. My local shops could almost never match online prices. If they'll stand behind the kit and install, it's as good of a deal as you're likely to find on those parts.

Two more comments- the AEM EMS would probably be $750-1k less than the kPro if you're trying to save money.
One thing to ask- how does the price of them fabricating and selling all of the individual bits compare to them just ordering the appropriate kit directly from Full Race? I see that they're already buying the manifold and a few other bits from Full Race, just wondering if the whole thing would be cheaper.

I am sorry to say the price is not worth to the car. It is pretty much the value of your overall car before the mods (if it is for your 2000 Black S2k as stated on your profile).
In short or long run, you will face with some other mods or "repairs", which will eventually add to the tally of your payment. Also, there is no guarantee the pieces will work in harmony and you will have a peaceful DD.
If you are mechanically inclined, TS2K is probably part of your hobby. If you hate grease and bean counting... just hold your temptation...
Just my cents...
