S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

does this seem like a fair price?

Sound like an f-in rip off to me... Is this from a tuner shop, or a stearlership? What's up with all those parts up top?

I would also recommend looking into some parts used, or from this site's sponsors...

I would personally use GM Synchromesh FM rather than the Honda MTF stuff. Other than that looks pretty good to me.
ok, thanks- couldnt remember the name- so cruised the isle looking for it hoping I remembered it....now I know why- it was a GM product- guessing I will have to go to a chevy dealer to get it.

when you switch to the K pro you have to mod your car into thinking it is a RSX since it uses an RSX box- hence the acura/honda parts listed.

this is a tuner shop, not a dealership, nice guy just wanted to be sure price was fair. As for used parts, in this case i'm not interested in going with used. You never know how they were cared for and with this much $$ involved dont want any problems. This is supposed to we a very reliable system for daily driving.

Well if you want to run more than 10 psi of boost you should get a 3mm hg which costs around $300 and about 4-5 hours of labor. Also $680 for a clutch n flywheel is to much. Most places charge around $400-500. and 850 for replacing the exhaust manifold sounds crazy.

Has this shop turbo'ed any s2000's already?

and if you want something that has been proven again and again on this board to be reliable i would just get the Inline Pro Kit. It'll be almost impossible to crack their manifold.

not looking for more then 10 psi. its a completely stock engine (2000 s2k= 32,000 miles) looking to be able to play but be a daily driver. Yes, from what I understand he has done many s2k's. I have not priced the ACT setup yet to see where it comes out price wise. $ 850 for the manifold does seem high, I'm going to ask him about that.

this manifold is supposed to be reliable and be way more efficent than the inline pro. I already asked that question. I appreciate all the responses- good or bad!

gives me something to think about.

the manifold will be more efficient meaning it will put more power down but i dont think that it will be more reliable. The inline pro is a cast mani known be to reliable. Heres a link to a comparo https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry10546079

BTW its also alot cheaper lol. And personally I have talked to Inline Pro and alot of other clutch guys and many of them do not like going with the ACT setup because the ACT setup uses a reworked OEM clutch. Some people say that since they use a pressure plate to increase dampening that it could cause crank walk and Inline Pro has stated they have personally seen it happen. Im going FI soon and personally im going with the Clutch Masters Stage 3. Carbon Kevlar Clutch, Oem like pedal feel. I would stay away from any puck style clutchs since its ur dd. And it costs i think $760 at vividracing.

Also depending on how hot it gets where you are for a turbo setup i would add on a water/meth kit. Not for pwoer just for an extra safety measure and to lower your IAT's. They can be bought very cheap. (200-300). Im going SC and im geting meth/water just to lower IATs and b.c i push the car and want it to be as safe as possible.
