S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

does this seem like a fair price?

Two more comments- the AEM EMS would probably be $750-1k less than the kPro if you're trying to save money.

One thing to ask- how does the price of them fabricating and selling all of the individual bits compare to them just ordering the appropriate kit directly from Full Race? I see that they're already buying the manifold and a few other bits from Full Race, just wondering if the whole thing would be cheaper.

Tim
good question! I need to run a tally to see what their parts add up to compared to the kit.

[QUOTE=sunhita,Aug 8 2008, 02:32 PM] I am sorry to say the price is not worth to the car.

[QUOTE=rrk0818,Aug 8 2008, 03:03 PM] I appreciate your reply. I will try to address your concerns, as you know if you MOD a new car you actually DECREASE the value ( resale) and in most cases void the warranty. I purposely bought a 2000 because its value pretty much has flattened out. I then looked for a garaged low mile car ( has 32K miles) I am aware that it is old and can have issues....

so therefore I have reduced my exposure ( over simplified) since its paid for all have have to do is play! This qoute if from one of out local ( good rep) builders / racers who has done this exact build many times with good results. I am just really looking for a fun car. It isnt my only car like a dumby this is my 5th! 2- convertibles 2- large sedans, 1- truck (a guy always needs one). I appreciate all the comments as I might not have given it any thought!

shoot- next is wheels! cant decide 16,17,18 or width and definately unsure of what offset the wheels need to be.....I like to have widest footprint I can, yet, tuck into fender wells!

you guys are helping alot- about a month ago we got the black s2k (son's) that was s/c'd and man! I had to have one hence this silver one! its a hell of a little car... so I want it to have alot of power, the best handling I can find for it.

699 isnt a bad price fo custom piping, hell its 550 from full-race for prefabbed for this car.

He is also paying someone to do the work of putting it and tuning.

550 is not a bad price if it includes intercooler and bov, i know where you can get a intercooler kit (pipes, intercooler & BOV for under $500) one that fits the s2000 not a bunch of pipes you have to cut and fit!

You can't even get a decent intercooler and BOV for under $500 unless you go to the junkyard...
