No it wouldn't.. It has to do with the wastegate port not being large enough to flow enough air.... Many people were having troubles with exhausts with testpipes.. I had to port my wastegate to enable me to run a custom larger exhaust with cat delete... Thats cool that you have no creep issues tho.. Congrats on the new numbers... Are you happy with them now..How does the car feel???

The higher the miles the more power they make

yep, thats what happens when you boost.... Its a lot of work and cash to make good numbers... Your wastegate is set to 7psi stock so a boost controller would enable you to run higher boost ( 10 psi safely) or you could add emthanol injection and run 12 psi.... I wonder why they would say get a new wastegate?? The wastegate is internal... I wonder if they said that because they saw some creep issues.... Hmmm.... If you just get a boost controller and a methanol injection kit I would say you would be able to see 300's for sure.. Sounds low for a dynojet but every dyno reads different.... A stand alone would help but for the greddy kit I think the emanage is more than sufice....

i have no idea why, his reading is so high (he bought the car used, and there is sign that the engine was removed before, maybe internal mods), my friend's M coupe also read 274whp.. but 250 torque

also, if anyone can give me some advice to bring up just a little more power without pushing it to the limit?

AEM ems would be a good choice?
AEM is a great choice as long as you have someone experienced tune it. If you run an AEM EMS you can (as long as the tuner knows how) integrate boost control into the EMS. It will deliver the ultimate performance, drivablility and a few critical fail safes (knock control, over boost protection).

some of you guys that are not e experiencing creep, just be careful I was fine in the warmer weather but when sub 45F temps roll around it would creep to the turbos limit (BOOM) be careful

wow, just did a dyno today...with only exhaust+ testpipe both 70mm
made +41.79whp

i will get it retuned prob try another tuner next week...
vtec is @ 7k ...the dip is still pretty crazy...
thats a healthy dyno. i like others, would like to see what your car does on the hi cam earlier.....say 4 or 5k. none the less, nice dyno. for what its worth, built heads on s2ks are not really that great. stock one flows really damned well.

there is too much backpressure from the greddy turbo to drop the VTEC engagement; with the large amount of overlap on the high cam, there would be too much exhaust reversion
