Do you have an esm installed? Your loosing more than .5psi through an intercooler. Check all the couplings.
Ok, found a pretty big issue. I hooked up a boost gauge and I only get 2psi at 9,000rpms. The belts looks in good conditon, however I am going to tighten it. I just have to look up how to do it. The car came with the supercharger so i have no directions.
check for boost leaks in all of your connections. i do not know if you are
aftercooled/intercooled or not so be sure to check all of your couplings. It has a front mount intercooler and all the clamps are super tight, i was very thorough on the install and took all the time I needed to do it correctly. (Im very anal)
make sure the blower itself is mounted TIGHT onto the side of motor and that it does not move. I will double check this, ill see if i can find any torque specs for the charger
check your air filter for dirt and shit. Its pretty clean Id say
prepare to order new spark plugs - sometimes they are a cheap fix and yield great results. I just instaled new NGK plugs less than 1,000 miles ago
ok i just checked the belt tension. I can twist the charger belt 180 degrees (really really cranking on it though...but it can be done). I guess Comptech suggests that if you can twist it more than 90 degress its too loose. Anyone have any Comptech supercharger directions?
Found some info here.

front what i understand there really isnt any official torque ratings for the belt - at least i've never seen one.
i've just always gone by the 'note' example i mentioned, but your mileage may vary.
on second thought, maybe you should replace the belt altogether. how does it look age wise?
post some pics up of your intercooler routing setup - i'm curious to see if that would cause any issues. pressure drop is a very random thing among the FMIC guys - some lose half a lb and some lose 5 lbs....

Well, if i would have lost an boost from the FMIC instal i would have noticed 5psi. 5psi on 11:1 is ALOT. I had the car for 1 month and then i put the FMIC on asap to cool down the intake air temps before the hot and humid weather came to WI. I never had a boost gauge on until now. I can put the stock pipe back on if i need to, but I do not think that is what the problem is. The car didnt feel like it lost any power from the fmic install.
here are some picture of my fmic kit.

So you have a boost gauge now? What is it reporting?
I would make a couple if runs with the ur kit and then reinstall the 90
and log the boost with that setup and compare.
Intercooler piping creates Many spots for leaks. You have
couplers, the intercooler, the bov, etc etc. If there are any
weak connections and you will be leaking boost really easy.
It might even be worth while to pull the bumper and give
all your clamps a quick tightening. Does the UR kit come with
t bolt clamps or just regular screw type clamps, if not I would
seriously recommend upgrading.
Try it both ways and get back to us with your results!

ok, im working on it right now. Took the belt off, very good shape (see pictures), housing on the charger is in good shape, no dings or cracks (dont really expect their to be), and the fins on the charger are all in great shape (no dents or broken off fins). I took a little video so you can see how freely the charegr rotates, so i do not think their is a problem with the unit.

Bad BOV?
Just took it for a test run. I noticed the car has a rattle/clunky sound now but i think that is normal on the SC'ers. I also noticed the SC whistle is alot louder. Before the whistle would 100% go away after i revved higher than 3,000rpms. Now its very noticable at even 5k. However, im only getting like 2-3 psi still.
