E-manage blue + 440cc for 7psi
Hi everyone, I recently had my Comptech supercharged S2000 dynoed and it was running lean during VTEC and boost, 14:1 from 6K to 8800rpm.
I wanted to know if 440cc injectors plus the Emanage blue will be sufficient in richening my A/Fs at 7 psi, I do not plan on going to higher boost, I just want to have a safe A/F at my current boost level.
My mods and settings are as follows: Comptech supercharger non-aftercooled, 7psi pulley, stock cat, HKS hi-power dual, Comptech ESM, and the comptech FPR set to 50psi @ 20in/vac. The wide band was plugged in place of the O2 sensor at the cat.
Thank you all in advance.
-Sam

that seems very lean to me. i had a MY00 with an ap2 pulley and my leanest point was right at VTEC engagement....
as you can see i sit at like 13.7 or so right at vtec engagement. HOWEVER, these readings were taken from a probe placed AFTER the cat, so these readings are likely skewed leaner than they should be in the first place.
how much boost are you making when you jump into the 14s? right at vtec i am at just about 3psi as you can see. are you showing a similar boost curve? maybe an adjustment to your FMU is in order.

so these are 100% plug n play injectors...would 550s be good enough for a 10psi pulley?

^^^I agree, I always knew you had to place the wideband before the cat to get an accurate reading, but the gentleman running the dyno decided to place it directly in the cat itself and I did not want to tell him how to run his dyno, either way I know I need to get at some larger injectors + a decent piggyback to control them if I want the most out of my Comptech.
Thank you WLAURENT for the link, I will order those injectors ASAP, and thank you all for your help!
