hi,

i have a greddy e-manage ultimate and try to get it online but it wont. I installed the E-ultimate cd and install the driver, But when i try to update the Main Unit, it wont respond. Anything i can try? thx. i cant load the map onto the unit, it wont communicate.

First, make sure you have the key to the ign on position. Make sure the COM ports are set, make sure the Drivers are installed, and click the help menu and find out what versions you are running. Then attempt to communicate so you can update. Updates can be retrieved from the greddy website or they can email them to you if you call in.

 

actually the usb driver did load and installed correctly. active light on the unit is green and everything is in place, but dunno why update failed. gonna try the driver DJ sent me. hopefully it will work..
