E85 idle a/f with flex fuel setup
2000s are fine lol. Don't take shit apart again. Do you need them ? Probably not but they are fine and work.
Your duty cycle on 93 is probably like 25% but I'm sure the car will run fine as it does now.
Leave it how it is.
It's not like it's jeffs first time.
I have a big throttle body, huge cams and a massive intake manifold and 2150cc injectors. Everything that ppl bitch and cry about taking away driveability. My car drives like stock off boost. You wouldn't even know it's modded. It's all in the tune. Evans is a world class tuner. Have no worries with the tune.

If your car is messed up the O2 feedback is probably trying to correct it and after a certain rpm it's turned off which is why it probably runs like crap at the point laying into the throttle.
Find out if you have a boost leak or vacuum leak before you start selling stuff off

Yea I wouldn't change the injectors at this point...you might just need to turn closed loop o2 feedback off.
That will make the idle hunt. If it's not hunting, and drives fine...stop staring at the wideband, and just drive the car.
Worry about things that matter, like not overheating it.

whats your fuel pressure at after installing flex fuel sensor? the reason I'm asking is because after installing my flex fuel sensor my fuel pressure wont go under 55psi and when I pull the vacuum line off theirs no change in fuel pressure.
After I installed my walbro 450 it jumped to 80-85psi put a AEM fpr on and its around 50-55psi. And was tuned at that pressure. I took some logs tonight and sent them to my tuner so I hope he finds something. At idle a/f was 18.xx according to the ems. Wasn't reading on my AEM a/f gauge was pegged lean. I still hear a small exhaust leak or what sounds like one. The weird part is if I push on the turbo towards the motor it goes away...so I will be addressing that next.
