I will be switching out my AEM v1 for a v2 and be doing a flex fuel setup. I have had people yell me I would have to run 100psi base to reach 600 and that would put the 1300s at about 100% duty.
This is the last part of my build I have to figure out. And I'm stuck.

That walbro won't handle that base pressure. If you must have 600whp and a safe duty cycle then 2000 are your only real option. I was able to get the 2000's to idle ok. Part throttle and cruising were fine plus you have more tuning options with aem v2.

When I try and press Tony at T1 race about 1600 injectors and when they will appear I here crickets.

anyone that wants over 450whp on e85 should just go with 2000cc injectors. just save yourself the headache

I think 500 whp with 1300s is fine. Maybe squeak 525whp with increased fuel pressure. If your turbocharged and want option for more power then yes 2000's only way to go.

So do I still need to invest in a fpr and fuel rail if I go with id2000?
I have found 1600s from Advanced Fuel Injection they say there Bosch but I have no clue as to quality

You'll be fine with stock fuel pressure regulator. Check out Fuel Injector Clincs for injectors as well. We sell them and ID's. Compare the flow charts.

Do what I did and be done with it. Single Walbro in tank, Bosch 044 inline, adjustable 1:1 FPR, and 100 psi base pressure. I made 610whp on E85 and ran like this for years. Stock fuel lines. I cut the rubber fuel line in the engine bay and used a barbed fitting on the Bosch pump, then AN fitting to my AEM fuel rail.

Think he was running id1000s at 100 psi. I still want a solid answer if the 1300s would flow enough
