e85 injector help
Base pressure + boost pressure and locate what it'll flow.

If you're looking to really crank the pressure, you'll need a couple pumps. 50-60 PSI BP, depending on boost level should do well, but as you can see, the pump really starts to fall off up top.
FWIW, I run ID1000's with a Walbro 400/450 (hardwired) on my STi with a base pressure of 50 PSI. At 23 PSI, (~430awhp/460awtq), the IDC is in the mid 80's. With that said, the Subaru ECU calculates IDC off the time the intake valve is open, meaning I can go a good bit over 100% (IE: 100% is not static). For a some reference, the DW300 (320lph) was in the upper 90's for IDC as it did not supply a great deal of fuel up at higher pressure.
This is all with E85.

Now I'll admit that my info is slightly dated, but let me give some perspective...
I've personally maxed out 1000cc injectors on multiple occasions...back in 2008...here is what I personally came up with:
1000cc Injectors on racegas...walbro 255 hardwired 2 50-55psi, 600whp MAX (100% DC)
1000cc Injectors on Racegas, Bosch 044 @ 60psi base, B19, gt4088r,28psi, 680whp MAX (Pressure Dropping and Mixture leaning, 100% DC)
That's maxed out...80% DC @ 43psi base isn't even close to maxed...that's weaksauce.
If I did that on 1000cc PTE Injectors, 8 yrs ago...there no good reason that 1300cc IDs shouldn't make 600whp all day on E85, with a proper pump behind it.
Anything less is simply BS, there's no good reason...you don't need 2000cc Injectors for your daily driver...just the idea is complete garbage. Try idling that on gas @1ms PW.
It's gonna be terrible...it's prob gonna suck, the only reason it works on E85...is because the volume of fuel called for, on ethanol85...puts 2000cc Injectors into their working range.

Thanks for the info guys, this will be a flex setup pump and e85. I have some day the walbro 416 + id1300 will hit 600 and some say no way
I will be running a new Borg 200sx fmw turbo. Just worried I wont make it with the 1300s :/

I'm interested in your results. Will be keeping tabs on your build.
I'm running 16 PSI on an Novi SC setup with ID1000's making 390 WHP on 93 octane. Considering the possibility of keeping the injectors, swapping in the Walbro 416 and seeing what it will do on E85 so I can run flex fuel. I'd feel successful hitting 450 WHP on E85 with that setup... just not sure if the Walbro 416 w/ ID1000's will be able to supply enough fuel to keep the mix at a safe AFR. I don't want to boost fuel pressure too high because it might make the 93 octane tune screwy.
