I think you may be confused about how the wideband input works. The 0-5v output on your aftermarket wideband should be wired INTO the ecu using the Factory electronic load detector (ELD). Meaning you need to connect it to the ecu side of the harness.

The wideband is not receiving a signal, it is sending a signal to the ecu for purposes of data logging.

 

Hmm ok, I thought you were picking up the signal through the obd output not through the ecu. If that's the case I will switch it to connect to the other side. Thanks.

not yet. Going to wait to get the right pin size. Dealer doesn't have them.
