efficiency should also increase so less heat

if it mantains 10-20wtq gained at 8000 thats

15.25 to 30.5 whp gain at redline
i sent him the TB, tb inlet, blower, and blower outlet mani. hoping he can make all that shit flow like a mutha.

i would S$%T a brick if i could gain 10-20wtq up top that is honestly what i def want.

I didn't notice who had started this thread, and I must have stared at those first 2 pics for like 5 minutes wondering what else was missing besides the battery and heat shield... Then I finally scrolled down and realized what was missing.

Good luck with the porting! And re: new setup, are you thinking MP92, or another SC, or turbo?

if i had the drive to modify this setup, then i would try and smash a mp90 in there. it honestly would add a lot of power to this setup. but i am lazy.

prolly wind up with a mase kit 5857 making 500 on pump+meth.

it would be bad ass to hit 400 though on this blower. and porting it is the last thing i can think of to accomplish this.

already spinning the blower at 18k rpm which is a lot for it. already spraying wate/meth.

hoping to get it back together in a few weeks.

If anything it looks sick regardless of numbers.

My family has a 03 MCS and one of the options for more power is to upgrade to the m62! The MCS has the smaller M45 blower and some had sent away their blowers to do similar work. The TVS1320 is a nice upgrade too! I love the positive displacement blowers for their instantaneous response and great low and mid range torque. You'll miss that transient response if you go turbo.

update:

spoke with steigmeier today. they checked the front drive and its in good shape. rotors were flaking prolly from the meth i was spraying thru it. they stripped the coating off them.

they are gonna port the case, port the TB if they can, and they might try and redo the blower outlet manifold. i have the bigger one on there already, and they feel that redoing it could help.

anywho, i am looking forward to getting this thing back on the car and trying it out

Thermal flash of meth/water against hot rotor coating.

That was one of the things I was worried about when spraying pre blower.

Running the numbers stiegemeier said can be gained.

Getting 250wtq peek and 350whp peek at around 7-8psi is looking possible with my current timing curve.

350/250 was my goal for my car given what I use the car for.

I may need to also port my blower.
I am planing upgrades in the near future
Bigger radiator with intergrated oil cooler (PWR)
Water injection.
Air box force feed via hood scoop.
