i have over and over and over. and if i had more motivation it would already be shoehorned in there. problem is, its not a direct bolt on, so i would have to fab up a few brackets, and i am just too lazy. a mp90 ported like i just got my mp62 would be the tits i am sure.

Arent the magnason blowers already ported? The MP signifies that it already has a custom case vs a normal M62..

I'm not sure now much more power you'd be able to get from it.

There is a company that makes a TVS1320 body that bolts in to replace the MP62 in a Chevy Cobalt, but the housing is different for the S, so it won't work. I've already looked at that scenario

from what bob stiegmeier saw in my blower, there is room for improvement.

MagnaCharger sells the TVS1900 with a front inlet, maybe they could do something similar with a 1320? It sure would get the throttle body out from being cooped up in the back corner of the engine bay

well the blower came back yesterday. heres some quick picks of the few things visible that were changed.

when i spoke to stiegmeier, he felt the blower outlet mani shrunk in volume to much right before the outlet, so he put this wart on it to add volume there.
he also stripped the rotors coating, ported the blower case, ported some of the internals of the throttle body, and messed with the blower outlet mani in addition to the wart he put on it.

everythign is installed back on teh car. i am a pro at removing and installing this thing now

hopefully in the next few weeks i will have logs and impressions of it

How much did they charge for the work? I am at 50k miles on my blower now, thinking time for a rebuild and porting. Also going to do my KPRO install at the same time. Thinking of going air-air also, but will waiting until everything is back in and tuned on the KPRO first.

You can PM me if you prefer - will PM you my phone number
